SENIOR ASSOCIATE

BIO

Erin joined RLG as an associate in 2018.  Erin’s practice includes a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, breach of contract and fraud claims, land use law and affordable housing proceedings, commercial foreclosure actions, and partnership and shareholder disputes.  Prior to joining RLG, Erin gained substantial litigation experience as a trial attorney for The Legal Aid Society in New York City, where she also served as a Union Delegate for the UAW Local 2325, and as an associate at a family law firm in Somerset County.  Erin graduated first in her class from Messiah College in 2005, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in political science.  In 2009, Erin received her law degree, cum laude, from The George Washington University Law, where she was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar, Dean’s Fellow, and an Executive Member of the Moot Court Board.  While pursuing her law degree, Erin was a judicial intern to the Honorable Fern Flanagan Saddler, Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.  Erin is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

APPOINTMENTS

In 2018, Erin received a four-year appointment from the Office of Attorney Ethics of the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve on the District XIII Fee Arbitration Committee, arbitrating fee disputes for Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren counties. 

INTERESTS

Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and skiing.
